I currently live in Michigan City with my husband and the best little dog ever. My husband and I have a blended family with one adult daughter, two adult sons, and 3 grandchildren. I graduated from Purdue North Central with a Bachelor of Science in 2012 and began working in the senior living industry while earning my Residential Care Administrator License. I love what I do every day and look forward to making a difference.

Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Stefanie Olson has twenty-four years of experience in the Senior Living industry. She is passionate about creating relationships and helping others live quality lives. She has been recognized for her excellence in sales performance as the “Top Sales Leader of the Year” in 2019, “Region’s Best Senior Lifestyle Counselor” in 2020, and “Outstanding Sales Achievement” for 2021. She credits this success to her approach as a servant leader in her community, creativity, and dedication to the residents.

For fun, Stefanie and her husband Christopher love to host themed parties at their house. They are proud parents of a son, Grant, who is a Senior at La Porte High School. He has participated in swimming and baseball all four years of his high school career.

I live in Laporte with my husband and beloved dog, Lucy. My husband and I have both resided in Michigan City and Laporte for our entire lives. We have two adult boys who work in the area, one daughter who is attending college full time at Purdue University in West Lafayette. In my spare time, I love spending time with my granddaughter and cannot wait for my second granddaughter to arrive in October. I have worked in Assisted Living and Memory Care for 13 years. I have been promoted through the years to Charge Nurse and for the last 6 years, Director of Health and Wellness.  I love serving our residents at Rittenhouse Village At Michigan City.

Taylor recently promoted to the Memory Care Program Director became a Certified Dementia Practitioner and looks forward to bringing new ideas and activities to our residents. She has worked at Rittenhouse for 5 years as a Lead Certified Nursing Assistant and is proud to work with an amazing caring team. She said Rittenhouse is a great place to work and the Management team really cares for both their workers and residents and is so good to us. Taylor is excited for Spring time as she sets plans to garden both vegetable and flowers with the residents. Taylor encourages families to come for a visit so you too can see for yourself what makes us SHINE!

A graduate of Indiana University, Rachel started her senior living career as a receptionist but quickly realized her passion was with activities and life enrichment. Rachel believes that meaningful activities help to shape our resident’s overall wellbeing and takes pride with the ability to offer residents opportunities to improve their physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellness every day. Rachel has been with Rittenhouse Village since late 2020 and feels lucky to be able to work with such incredible residents and staff!

Trisha’s passion has always been cooking, with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the food service industry. She enthusiastically started at Rittenhouse in December 2021 after working at area senior living communities. Trisha is very passionate about health and fitness, especially running, and loves spending time with her family and husband, Scott, a retired Navy Veteran who loves helping out at Rittenhouse Village events as the Grill Master! Trisha is so proud to be part of the Rittenhouse Village family and to serve all of our amazing residents.
