Natasha DeVoise

Executive Director

Executive Director, Natasha DeVoise, has a B.S. in Health Services Administration and an M.A. in Business Management. She is a Certified Life Coach and has extensive sales and operations management experience. As an Executive Director her role encompasses everything from managing a team and developing systems and procedures for improving operations to assisting with strategic planning. She is very much a people-person and loves working with seniors. In each of her prior positions, she recognized that a big part of her role was to understand her team members and seniors by developing trusting relationships. Being a relationship builder has helped her to build a great work environment for the Rittenhouse Village team and a loving and caring environment for the residents. Natasha is a mother of three children and in her spare time she loves to read, watch sports, travel, and spend time with family and friends. She feels strongly that her purpose in life is to help other people to succeed and live life to the fullest.

Jena Keefe

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Jena Keefe, gets the opportunity to assist families with finding their forever retirement home here at Rittenhouse Village Gahanna. She provides a personalized tour of the beautiful community while sharing the experience of all the wonderful amenities. Our future residents get the chance to see that the life of a retiree truly is relaxing and luxurious. Being in the senior living industry for more than 5 years Jena has had the ability to help countless families tackle what seems like an overwhelming task of downsizing from their family home. By having the experience and connections within the community to offer information for homecare, downsizers, financial planners, and more this makes the process of moving seamless and bearable. She loves seeing their faces when they realize making a move isn’t going to be as stressful and intimidating as they thought. Jena values making each experience a personal one for families. The choice to make a move is not a small one and assuring each new potential family and resident we are here to listen to their concerns, wants, and needs is important. At Rittenhouse Village Gahanna, we want you to be apart of our family and feel at home as soon as you walk in the door! Jena is originally from Springfield, Ohio and moved to the Columbus area nine years ago with her husband, Ryan. They have three kids, Jamison, Palmer, and Maddox and a Frenchie named Winston. They enjoy family time and making the most of each day including travelling, music festivals, food festivals, and lazy days too!

Elena Beery

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations, Elena Beery, has been working with residents enhancing their lives for many years. She absolutely loves what she does every day. Prior to joining the Rittenhouse Village team, she worked in Assisted Living communities. With every community she has taken advice and events to broaden the activity department you see today. Elena and her husband Clark have three children and six grandchildren. In her spare time she loves stitching, quilting, and bike riding.

Robert Pernotto

Executive Chef/Director of Culinary Services

Director of Culinary Services, Robert Pernotto, graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary School in 1990. After graduation, he started his career with Marriott Corporation, serving several roles, up to Executive Chef for more than 9 years. He moved on to open his own restaurant for 10 years before relocating to Columbus, Ohio to become a personal Chef for a family until 2020. Robert joined the Rittenhouse Village team in August 2021 and has found working in the retirement community extremely rewarding. He looks forward to many successful years within senior living. Robert and his wife Lori have two sons, Dominic and Anthony. When he is not working, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and Buckeye football.
