Resident Review

Rittenhouse exceeds my expectations for a wonderful place to live during my last stage of life. The apartment is spacious and meets me needs. I appreciate the closet spaces, cupboards, convenient drawer and shelves.
From my first day, I couldn't get over how nice and helpful the employees were to me and they all called me by name! It really made me feel welcomed. They still are just as nice and call me by my first name.
I enjoy taking part in the many activities that they have planned each day. You get to know the other people that live here and can interact with them. It is so nice having people come in and clean, wash the towels and sheets and make the bed. They are very caring people and so nice.
I have a crooked spine. My back really hurt most of the day before I came here. But now I can relax and seldom have any back trouble. For which I am very thankful.
I also appreciate the maintenance department. I met one in the hall a while ago and told him about my problem with my T.V. and he left his two armfuls of tools right there and followed me to my apartment. In seconds he had the problem taken care of. He has helped me a couple of times since then and sure knows what he is doing. I appreciate his service.
I have been taking nice walks outside almost every day. It is very relaxing. I enjoy looking out my big windows and watching the rabbits and deer. Thank you Rittenhouse for the special care you give me.
