Charlotte Center is Executive Director at Rittenhouse Village at Northside. Charlotte is new to the community but has worked with Discovery senior living for two years. As Executive Director, Charlotte is responsible for the operations of the community and resident relations. She oversees all the day-to-day business activities of the community.
Charlotte fell in love with the senior living industry when she worked as an activity assistant in a memory care unit while she was in college. She feels blessed to have found her passion at such a young age, and continues to demonstrate that passion more than twenty years later in the industry. When Charlotte isn’t working with seniors, she loves spending time with her family.
Charlotte and Steve have been happily married for twenty-four years and they share three children, Brett twenty-two, Paige twenty and Camden sixteen. Her family loves animals and sometimes the house feels like a zoo with dogs, cats and a ferret. Charlotte’s priority at Rittenhouse Village at Northside is creating a warm home for residents to live in and for team member to enjoy working at.
Director of SHINE® Memory Care
Emily Dehner is the Director of SHINE® Memory Care at Rittenhouse Village at Northside. Emily’s passion for the Geriatric population started when she was a caregiver for a Homecare company. Emily quickly decided that working with older adults was her calling. Emily graduated from IUPUI in the Spring of 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Gerontology.
Outside of work, Emily loves to travel and be outdoors. Emily also finds herself attempting too many DIY projects on Pinterest in my spare time.
It’s so rewarding to be part of an amazing group of individuals who share the love and dedication for our residents’.

Director of Health & Wellness
I bring 15 years of healthcare experience to the community to include 4 years as a CNA, 11 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse and 8 years in a leadership role. My areas of nursing consist of Family Practice, Med Surg, Long Term Care, Home Health, Urology, and Dialysis. My passion for nursing stems from the desire to help others in a profession that never stops giving. The satisfaction of making a difference in someone’s day or life is a reward in itself. Director of Culinary Services
I’ve worked in food services for 13 years. Starting out as a dietary server, I then became a cook. I’ve worked and learned from some amazing Cooks and Chefs along the way. I joined Discovery Senior Living in 2019, where I became a Sou Chef. An amazing opportunity became available at Rittenhouse Village that has allowed me to develop my leadership skills in which, I am very grateful.
Besides work, I’m a mother of two. A sports mom at that. In my free time, I really enjoy cooking and spending time with my children, reading, listening to music, and exercising.
