I work here at Rittenhouse in the kitchen and I love the work environment and team that we have put together here. All of our team members are attentive and detailed when working with our residents; from the kitchen all the way through to the front desk! Our managers here are very dedicated and always make sure everyone in the building is heard. It is always amazing to find employment that makes you happy to go to work and happy to interact with everyone there. If I needed a safe and loving place to trust leaving my loved one it would be here for certain.

My friends mother Joann is a resident at Rittenhouse. They just gave her a little house warming gathering. The staff was very friendly and the food that Jacob made was delicious. Thank you all for putting it all together.

In the memory care unit, I observed 2 wonderful staff members. Henry and Cindy and 1 other very pleasant lady who were doing a wonderful job with the patients, firm but very congenial and patient.

My grandmother recently moved into the assisted living. Danielle was great to work with and very welcoming. The staff has been kind and friendly. Activities are fun and engaging for residents. My grandmother has said she loves the food!

This place is amazing, the management really strives for the best for the residents. I work here and I love the bonds with every resident and seeing how excellent the staff interacts with everyone. They treat every resident like family and I am so lucky to work at an amazing place like this!

Currently an Employee at Rittenhouse Of Portage & it is a very beautiful community and our Phenomenal staff go ABOVE and BEYOND for our residents! I love Coming too work everyday & giving our Residents 5 star care! We strive for Excellence, & Management is Awesome and they take good care of our staff we currently have . If you’re looking for a place to grow & learn new things everyday this is the place for you! Best Nursing Home In NWI! Would recommend to any family/friends!

This is an awesome facility! The staff is super friendly, and the residents are very well taken care of! They focus on every single resident and making sure they feel at home in a loving environment. They work to make sure every day is special, providing lots of events on and off campus and have an excellent food program, providing them with nutritious and delicious meals! I can’t say enough good things about this place !!

The staff is amazing. They geniunely care about people. You can tell how much they work at making everyone comfortable. The staff raves about how great it is to work there and the seniors rave about how great it is to live there. There are always activities going on, and the participation is great. Proud they are located here in Portage, Indiana.

I been working at Rittenhouse of portage for two years and it been a pleasure to work with everyone at the rittenhouse and i love interacting with all the residents and i love them like family members and i watch how all the workers love interacting with the residents at rittenhouse is the best choice to bring your love ones to live cause i believe they wouldn’t be treated better at any other place then rittenhouse senior living of portage Indiana.

A very good friend of mine moved his father into the Rittenhouse which was not easy, lets just say, he was not the favorite child anymore! Turns out, his father loves it so much that now he is to busy for his son. His father is enjoying life again and has made many friends.

This is a beautiful community! Everyone is so kind and beyond helpful. They take great care of everyone that lives and works there. Danielle was extremely helpful and very kind. She goes beyond and above for everyone she meets and talks too. I 100% recommend!! The living space is beautiful and very clean!
